" On Monday, June 4, 2012, I received a call from my wife telling me our sewer pump in the basement had overflowed. As you can imagine, that resulted in quite a bad problem. After the initial cleanup, I called North Ridge Restoration. Chad Jenkins came out, inspected the situation and said they would be able to handle everything. He was right. They handled the insurance company, restoration of the basement, setting up the moving company to move us out and back in which included my parents who live in an apartment in the basement. They took care of us from start to finish. Now, I have a basement that looks much better than it did before we started!! " We were more than pleased with the great job North Ridge Restoration did on our home following a flood we had on June 7, 2011. Our first encounter was with the restoration people who came the same night of the flood. They immediately began removing baseboards and checking out all of our floor molding with their gages to see where water may have gone to prevent any mold problems. They had several men working as well as a lot of equipment: de-humidifiers and fans to remove the water. We were very impressed to see how they knew what they were doing and how quickly they worked. This was not my first time to experience restoration as a result of a flood. I had a business that flooded due to a hot water heater leak. I must say that North Ridge did a much more thorough job than a previous company I worked with. As a homeowner, my wish was that our home would look the way it did before the flood. We asked the restoration people to complete the restoration while we were on vacation. They told us they would complete everything and that it should be "turn key" when we returned. We were not sure that was possible with only a week to replace hardwoods in 3 rooms, paint the rooms, regrout the kitchen floor, remove furniture, put back furniture and more. They did as they promised and completed the work. My house looked better than before the flood, they certainly exceeded our expectations. After finishing the work, they had cleaners come in to clean our home and I have never had anyone clean as well as their team cleaned. Again, above and beyond!! Everyone involved did a great job. I will highly recommend this company to anyone needing restoration or remodeling work."
