Construction and Demolition

Construction planning and management are essential elements in projecting completion dates. We agree on the scope of work, the cost of service and the completion date ahead of time. Demolition is sometimes required to determine damages. Many times North Ridge is called upon to determine the full scope of damage to a structure. Often, these buildings are only partially damaged. We recommend that intrusive and selective demolition be performed to realize the full scope of repairs or if building replacement is needed.

Demolition is a separate project and can be completed before the reconstruction is contracted. Demolition may be required to eliminate safety hazards, and North Ridge can quote this portion of the project for you. Our technique and safe approach to demolition jobs may help determine all of the damages before a completed scope of repairs are agreed upon.
